Effective November 23, 2009, Powerlink replaced the NetSuite portal and should now be utilized to open or mange Service Requests. The NetSuite portal will remain available temporarily for read-only access to case history for cases closed prior to November 23, 2009. Log in below using your existing NetSuite credentials. Note that this may be different than the information you used to register for Powerlink.
