Making Your Own Candy Corn Cookies

Ahhh... it's the season of orange, yellow and black which means Thanksgiving and Halloween are just around the corner! Creating festive meals and desserts are probably the defining moments for these celebrations. Usually the word Thanksgiving means lots of yummy food, and Halloween translates to spooky and dressing up. But the common factor in all this are yummy treats! Who wouldn't like delicious Thanksgiving dessert and very scary Halloween treats? These very versatile candy corn cookies are the treat of choice this October. Use them as little edibles to enhance Thanksgiving centerpiece for the dinner table, or give them away as guest favors. Also use them as Halloween treats, and dress them up scary like to make them extra spooktacular! With the use of a simple loaf pan making candy corns couldn't be any easier.
Tips: To make them festive use Halloween and Thanksgiving quins and sprinkles to decorate. Also to add a touch of modernist, change the colours or even add a 4th layer with your choice of colour!
Package them in treat bags, or boxes wrapped in ribbons and bows to turn them into favors!
