Below are some tips and tricks to ensure the perfect cake pops:

Always bake cake pops in cake pop pans

Make sure the McCall's Easy Melt Chocolate Wafers are around 98°F or less
-
Always dip the end of the stick in the chocolate before inserting it into the cake pop
-
Ensure the cream to cake ratio is right in order for the cake pops to hold together (too much cream & it will not hold, while too little cream will result in pops that break apart

Always allow the cake pops to dry long enough
